JMJ Group Limited, NZBN 9429052355981, trading as Capital Connectors (“Capital Connectors”), operates as a capital introduction service only. We introduce prospective borrowers to independent finance brokers, lenders and investors (“Finance Providers”) for their mutual consideration.

Capital Connectors does not: (a) provide financial advice as defined under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013; (b) act as a broker, agent, nominated representative, or fiduciary for any party; (c) lend money, extend credit, commit any funds, or hold, receive or pass through any borrower or lender funds; (d) assess, underwrite, approve, decline, or otherwise influence any lending or investment decision; or (e) guarantee that any introduction will result in an offer of finance, or that any finance offered will be suitable for a borrower’s needs or circumstances.

All decisions regarding the provision of finance, and the terms on which finance is offered, are made exclusively by the relevant Finance Provider, at its sole discretion. Any credit contract entered into with a Finance Provider is subject to that provider’s own obligations under the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003 (as applicable). Borrowers should conduct their own due diligence and seek independent legal, financial, or tax advice before entering into any arrangement with a Finance Provider.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capital Connectors accepts no liability for the acts, omissions, conduct, advice, or terms offered by any Finance Provider, or for any loss arising from an introduction made through this service. Nothing in this notice limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Fair Trading Act 1986 or the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (where applicable).
